Yes — most of our commercial work happens around operating hours. We phase areas, use low-odor products, and hand back clean, dry space before you open.

Typically five to nine working days depending on kitchen size — driven by prep and cure time, not brush speed. Your kitchen stays usable with boxes masked between sessions.

Cabinet-grade enamels over proper bond primer cure hard and resist chipping in normal use. Touch-up is simple with the leftover product we label and leave you.

Yes — and you choose the look: grain subtly visible under paint, or filled for a fully smooth modern finish. We’ll show you a sample door of each.

Stain if the wood is sound: it penetrates, shows grain, and wears by fading rather than peeling. Solid stain or paint if the surface is weathered past showing well. We’ll tell you which your deck is actually ready for.

Horizontal surfaces every two to three years for transparent and semi-transparent stains; solid stains and vertical surfaces last longer.

Wherever we have access, yes — and we coordinate with neighbors when the far side is theirs. One-sided coating leaves boards cupping over time.

Not the way we do it. Siding gets soft washing — low pressure with the right detergents — which cleans better than blasting and never forces water behind the panels.

Always — it’s a required step, not an add-on. Stain over dirt and gray fiber fails early no matter how good the product.

Often, with targeted cleaners — each stain takes a different chemistry. Deep-set stains may lighten rather than vanish, and we’ll tell you which to expect up front.
